DIRECTIONS:

• Take 1/4 spoon of Shilajit Essential Extract.
• Add it to a glass of water/milk and stir for 5 seconds.
• Drink it once the shilajit gets dissolved.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Avoid refrigeration.
• Store in room temperature.
• If Shilajit solidifies, put the container in warm water for 10 minutes until it reliquifies.
